Once our green coffee arrives at the Gaviņa plant, it is sampled again by our green coffee buyer to ensure its quality. It is stacked on pallets, tagged and placed in the green coffee warehouse. Only after the shipment has been cleared by the green coffee buyer will it be roasted. This is how we control the quality of our green coffee.
