Gaviņa has a newly installed state-of-the-art roasting and packing facility with a capacity of 60 million pounds, expandable to 100 million pounds.
We use Probat roasters to ensure even roasted beans and accurate roasting time and temperature. Our Master Roaster has 25 years experience in roasting gourmet coffee.
Gaviņa is involved in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and it has a full HACCP (hazard analysis critical control point) program.
We are Organic and Kosher certified and we are registered with the FDA according to the Bioterrorism Act of 2002.
