Can you re-heat coffee? (Keeping it Hot)
Not satisfactorily. After brewing, coffee only keeps for 15 to 20 minutes before beginning to lose its flavor. To keep coffee hot, and fresh for a longer time, we suggest pouring it into an air-pot, vacuum server, thermos, or hot pot. Once your palate knows a quality cup, you won't be happy with coffee that's been re-heated or has spent even an hour on the warming stand.
